Shane has been managing my home in Dorchester and has made the entire process incredibly easy. He handles everything from rent collection and lease renewals to screening new tenants and managing the application process.

 

He’s also been extremely hands-on with the property itself, coordinating landscapers, painters, plumbers, and other contractors whenever something needs attention. He even managed the process of having the house de-leaded. I especially appreciate that he checks in with the tenants each month to make sure everything is working properly and takes care of issues before they become bigger problems.

Having Shane manage the property has taken a huge amount of work off my plate. He’s responsive, dependable, and treats the house like it’s his own.
